I charged the toy I bought within 5 minutes of receiving it. When I took the charger out the port broke off. I contacted diy shop and asked for a replacement toy or refund. The response I got terrible for any online store. I was told they would need to check the warranty. Even though the product broke straight away and was clearly poor quality. The team did nothing to try and accommodate me. Now I have no gift for my 5 year old and no response or effort to help from this company at all. This product was not cheap at all, I spent almost R1000 and left with a broken toy.
