No clear instructions or videos on how to attach the s-grip to the wire

I have searched the internet and your website to find detailed instructions on how to get the s-grip to grip the wire . Apart from a very indistinct diagram there is no adequate documentation for this. . I am technically minded but have had no success and have asked others to assist with the same result
