The condition of steel strip after going through the process of cold rolling and before it is annealed or tempered. In this stage, the steel is strong, but is also springy and brittle.
Good price, and arrived quite quickly.
I realise these sheets are thin but sides(length) were dented. When fastening to courier vehicle protection should be used as the tying down tape damages the sides.
